I am Malaysian working in Riyadh..second time i visited here..service is definately gone from acceptable to worst!!Why employ a frontliner who cant work/clueless pass the pretty face?seriusly?or better yet have a Malaysian to cater for Malaysian needs not a clueless local who doesnt even know how to take baby's footprint for visa processing!Information should be clear as well pasted on the board at least if ur staff cant answer questions!!

Work hours are correct! But there're rest time between 11am to 2pm and then they come back to work again!
